Our group of a maximum of 15 participants (minimum 10) will also experience unique, holistic traditional Bhutanese treatments, including meditation, yoga, gong baths, and sound healing, indoors and outdoors.
We will meet with local artists and Bhutan experts. We will stay in two luxurious, authentic resorts, one on the riverside in the small capital city of Thimphu and one high in a Himalayan forest, overlooking the Paro Valley. The Holistic Health part is created by Lilly Wangchuk, the owner and brilliant mind behind the "Soksoom Centre for Wellbeing & Happiness".
