As soon as there will be 10 registrations, I agree to pay 400$ as non refundable registration fee. The remaining sum will be paid latest three weeks before departure. After payment, there will be 100% cancellation fees. In case of Force Majeure (for example cancellation of Fly Dubai flights to/from Tel Aviv, the organisers will make all efforts to fix alternative dates with Drukair and the local hotels.
